This course is specifically targeted towards ambitious young players who aspire to one day become professional rugby players.
Our expert coaches have decades of experience coaching professional players and are here to provide the support and encouragement you need to succeed.

Meet the Coaches
Get to know the amazing trainers who will be leading the camp and helping your young athletes develop the physical qualities they need.
Scott is a performance coach and founder of Fast Fit Strong, a fitness centre in Lymm.
With over 20 years of experience, he is known for his expertise in strength & power development, injury prevention, and performance enhancement and has worked with clients ranging from British Lions, All-Blacks and Olympic gold-medal winners to business executives and talented youth athletes.
With a passion for guiding young players through their individual development journey, James has over 25 years of rugby experience and currently works at Leicester Tigers and Oxford University.
In that time, he’s earned a track record of assisting athletes to reach their potential at Premiership, international and British Lions, along with university and age-group international levels.
Skilled in strength & conditioning and youth development, with a keen interest in change-of-direction and agility performance within sport, Al is currently strength & conditioning coach for heavyweight boxer Dillian Whyte.
His past roles include lead positions within sports, such as football, swimming, tennis and both codes of rugby among others.
As well as a notepad and pen, you’ll need to bring appropriate clothing for each session, including shorts, t-shirts, and training shoes.
Some of the sessions will be logged on a mobile app – so access to this will be necessary.
We also recommend bringing sunscreen, a hat, and plenty of water to stay hydrated during (hopefully) warm weather conditions.
We will provide all other necessary equipment.
The safety and well-being of our participants are our top priorities.
We adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe training environment.
Our experienced coaching staff ensures proper warm-ups, cooldowns, and injury prevention techniques are implemented during every session.
We understand that plans can change, and we want to make sure you feel confident when booking with us.
We will happily offer a full refund up to seven days before the start of the camp.
If, for whatever reason, your child is unable to attend less than 50% of the sessions, we will offer a 50% refund.
