Once you’ve applied, you’ll be invited to book a free trial session through our online calendar.
This gives you the chance to experience our small-group training and see if it’s the right environment for you.
At the end of your trial, simply choose the membership option that suits you best (see below).
Then, you’re officially part of the Progress Lymm community.
Once you’ve joined, you’ll receive an invitation to download our TrainHeroic app (to track progress and access training plans) along with our member welcome pack, which covers everything from booking classes to using the studio, so you’ll feel confident and supported from day one.
No matter how well we prepare, there are always a few things that crop up once you’ve got going.

Please try your best to be on time – it means you’ll be properly warmed up and ready to get the most from the session.
However, if you are running late, just drop a quick message in the group WhatsApp so we know to expect you.
We’ll still help you slot in safely when you arrive.
No problem. Use the Calendly link in your confirmation email/text to cancel ahead of time, and try to rebook into another slot later in the week if there’s space. If you can’t make any that week, just pick things up again next time.
